2. 🛍️ Products, Color Accuracy & Custom Orders
Product Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing our products (hair extensions, wigs, toppers, systems, and accessories). However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photos, or other content are error-free.
Color Variations: Actual product colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen/display due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and the natural characteristics of human hair.
Custom Orders: Custom hair products are individually crafted according to buyer specifications. Timelines, pricing, and custom terms for these items will be communicated via WhatsApp or Email prior to production.
3. 💳 Pricing & Payment Terms
Currency & Pricing: All prices displayed on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
Prepaid Orders: We accept online payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Requirement:
To confirm a COD order, a 60% advance payment is mandatory at the time of order placement.
The remaining 40% balance is payable upon delivery to the courier agent.
Unconfirmed COD orders without the 60% advance will not be processed or dispatched.

Delivery Timeline: Standard orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
Custom Order Timelines: Custom order delivery schedules are communicated individually via WhatsApp or Email.
Shipping Rates:
Free Shipping: Applicable on all orders of ₹2,000 or above.
Flat Fee: A shipping charge of ₹150 applies to orders under ₹2,000.

🔄 5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
2-Day Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 2 days (48 hours) of parcel delivery via WhatsApp or Email.
Condition: Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Processing Fees: A 7% to 10% fee will be deducted from approved refunds to cover packaging materials, payment gateway charges, and courier handling fees.
Refund Amount = Total Product Price - (7% to 10% Processing Fee)
